    hi all,
we are getting married in june and have not sorted our honeymoon yet.
Can anyone recommend a good honeymoon website\ travel agent to get good info and advice?

we were originally going to south africa but it costs too much as the world cup is on the same time. we then thought about eygpt but it will be too hot there in june. What are peoples thoughts on cruises?

    any help appreciated.

    Hi,

    Have you tried trailfinders? www.trailfinders.ie

We are hoping to go on a cruise. Getting married May 2011.
When my fiance first mentioned it to me I was like, eh how old do you think we are??!!! But we looked into it further and it looks amazing.
Hoping to go with Royal Caribbean.
    http://www.royalcaribbean.com

    Ships look amazing!
Also hoping to go to Orlando and New York too!

    Good luck :)

We booked our honeymoon ourselves. We're doing Orlando, 7 night cruise and week in Vegas in the Bellagio for 4k total (flights, nice hotels, transfers etc)
The same holiday was priced by trailfinders at nearly 7k. Look at sites for ideas but check the price difference.

Cruises are the new "in" thing for honeymoons. We did one a couple of years back and loved it, the Carnival cruise line offers a younger cruise in comparision to Royal Caribbean line

That sounds like a amazing deal, did ye book all individually, any hints to get a similar deal?

Hi Victor - we booked (or should I say I booked!) it all seperately. Tips - email trailfinders/tour america for suggested itineraries and then if one suits take it and book everything seperately!
Email hotels, advise it's honeymoon and look for a room upgrade - we got an upgrade for free with Bellagio hotel.
I found american holidays in Dublin had great prices for flights to USA and jetblue has great prices for internal flights.
    Enjoy! :D

    http://www.twohigs.com

Seem to have a lovely selection of honeymoon destinations. We booked our honeymoon with the hotel and airline directly, as it worked out cheaper for us, but we looked at a lot of packages on Twohigs. I found it handy for ideas, even if we didn't end up booking with them.
