I'm hoping to get married later this year. I live in Dublin and we have two one year olds so are looking at getting married somewhere close to Dublin, that has houses/apartments on site, and is reasonably priced! These two places look good so far but I would really appreciate some feedback from anyone who's been at any weddings in those places. Or if ye know of any other/better venues near Dublin that would be great! Thanks a million.

Done 6 weddings at wolsely last year alone, knew people at 1 of them and they were staying in the houses and spoke to them after and said they worked out great.

Id recommend it. One of my favoured places to play. Good atmosphere about the place. Nice staff. 70 minutes drive from newlands X.

+1 on that. I've worked there many times and the food is amazing and the staff are great as well.

My family used to own ballykealey years ago. i dony know about the food and standards of current owners but in terms of the building and its grounds you cant go wrong. the bridal suit has huge old bath, so big you can swim in it. Meatloaf and some of boys from u2 have stayed in that room too!
