    Hi Folks,
I am currently getting a heat recovery unit fitted to my new build.
I am not happy with the pipework in the house..

The installer is fitting an orcon unit, but the pipework is 100mm solid(white) pipe..he has joined this using some pvc glue and duct tape

I am not fully sure, but should this pipe be insulated?

The pipework just looks very flimsy.

    Any suggestions would be great..

    Eddie
