Seems to be a technical error with the website at the moment, but it's on my 'to play' list for 2010.

    Good course by all accounts.

New Forest along with Concra Wood, Farnham Estate and a few links courses are down on the list (its getting rather long) of must play in 2010.

Heard its a lovely course and maybe less known than its sister course Moyvalley, which I must try and play also!

New Forest is a fantastic course, i've only played it once but it left a lasting impression on me. Tough enough for a beginner but i still can't wait to get another crack at it.

Played it back in October and its a good course. The greens were excellent and more importantly consistant. Also watch out for the short par 3 9th. Its played in what used to be an old courtyard. Its only 110 or so yards buts its surreal playing a par 3 where you are surrounded on all 4 sides by old stone walls. Best hole by a mile (in my opinion) is the 13th I think it is. The tee shot is hit to the brow of a hill but the real treat is the view you get on the approach shot (see attatched pic - which doesnt do the hole justice by the way). The green is set over a small lake with mature trees on the remaining 3 sides. Its one of my favourite par 4's of any course ive played. Also look out for the green on the par 3 16th as it is deceptively wide and very undulating. All in all, a great track. Didnt eat there but the showers and locker rooms are spot on. I got it with my open fairways card so it was great value too. Would reccommend it. Havnt played Moyvalley by the way so I cant compare the two.

Fab course and great value for money. Played it last year for €35 ?? on an open day. Really enjoyed it and will def travel up again to play this summer.

Birdied that when I played it. :D:D Good hole alright, but the course is full of good holes.

13th killed me - i hit the large tree on the RHS of the fairway with my drive and had to chip out -then my third fell short and went for a swim!!:o
