    was wondering if there is any mma clubs in sligo.
    If their is are they any good also
    is 22 to late getting into mma. please help

    hi
    im 23 and ive been training with sligo higashi since september and i love it.
    we do bjj mondays 8-10 at the CRIB youth centre and karate wednesdays 8-10.
    there is also the option to train 1pm on saturdays as you advance.
    some of the lads enter into the mma league as well. im afraid i have no contact number for any of the lads in charge at the minute.
