Hi, I am polish girl getting married to an irish man in Rome. I have my papers ready(birth cert and Marriage of No-Impediment Certificate), but woman in Polish Embassy in Dublin said it was not their job to forward them to Rome,so my Nulla Osta could be issued. your local priest should be able to put you in touch with someone in the local diocesan office who will be able to help.
