RTE Live Streams?

    Is anyone else having trouble with RTE Live streaming (rte.ie/live) for the past month or so? By trouble I mean the streams appear empty or just timeout.

    Realplayer gives a General Error on rtsp://89.207.56.27/broadcast/rte1-450.rm

    Windows Media Player just hangs, but MPlayer reports a timeout on the WMV stream:

    The problem does not appear to be related to geoblocking, because it persists:
    1. viewing Worldwide streams from the UK [above]
    2. Viewing Worldwide streams via Irish proxy, and
    3. Viewing ROI Only streams via Irish proxy.

    RTE Player works fine via the same proxy.
