Hi guys, i bought a used car recently and was trying to add it to eflow. I go so far until it told me that there was money due on the account. As i havent been on the m50 since i got the car i rekon its the previous owner. I tried ringing eflow but was put on hold forever and gave up. I sent them an email too but i guess i could be waiting a long time for an answer. I wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and what happened?

The exact same thing happened to me only recently. I wrote them 2 if not 3 separate emails enquiring how I can add the car to my existing account and FINALLY they responded saying that the car can be added now and any further issues will be taken up with the registered owner (ie: me)

I added the car to my existing account and tis been plain sailing since.

Thanks for your reply wexican :) was your slate clean when they allowed you to add the car or did you have to pay up?

No they said as the car had changed ownership after the date of the unpaid toll I started with a clean slate, as you would expect, though I suppose it's hardly be surrising if they tried to bill the new owner!!

They probably will :( so email info@nra.ie if they do and their masters will tell them to sort it out.
