    Hi all,

My Canon 40d has now power when tried to switch it on, my battery is OK, tried other battery but still no power, removed the card and battery and tried it again still no power.

Has anybody encountered the same problem ?

    Thanks . . .

Thanks guys, I did tried all that, I actually borrowed another camera and test my battery and it works, yes the door is closing properly and no bent on the battery contacts.

Called canon already they have given me their authorised camera dealer.

I have doubt it was caused my gorillapod, caused every time I attached it my camera the power just shut down. . .

    Will see . . .
