    Looks like the burning effigy of Obama can be related to some poor person not getting this grant.

    Send them the money for the holding fee, you cant miss out on this opportunity OP.

    Oh, nice... have you replied to the mail? IF not, then you can do something nice with this tosspot... MAke him run in circles for you :)

    Scambaiting it's called I think. One guy got a scammer to write out a harry potter book, or all harry potter books word for word... absolutely brilliant :)
