    Ordered my first DVD last night, they have emailed to sya theyw ant to ask me some security questions but the telephone numbers they gave me to call (in the UK) don't work!

    Tried replying to the email but it bounced back as an unattended mailbox.

    Can't find anything in their FAQ either

    Anyone know how I can get hold of them?

    Hi,
    I have the same problems and have been trawling the web trying to get a number to contact play.com from Ireland!

    Did either of you guys get through to them?

    and got through to Play.com at this number from Ireland:
