YLOD Nightmare - Time for a new PS3

    Hey,

    Time to get a new PS3... I remember standing in the cold outside HMV in dublin 3 odd years ago when it first came out but since then unfortunately my hard drive has crashed. I got the YLOD after one day of COD:MW2!:mad:

    Re-flowed the hard drive with a heat gun and got xmas out of it but it's surely dead now.

    Has anyone heard of any decent deals on a slim in the sales?

    Reflowed the hard drive ? Its the processors you need to reflow :eek:

    Correct, sorry first day back at work and all!

    Found a great DIY on youtube for it by an english chap, worked well for 6 weeks but then flunked out.
