    hi

i am currently in a rented property. The gas boiler has been making some very peculiar noises lately and i suspect it is due a service. Was just wondering if somebody knew for certain that this is the landlords responsibility?

    cheers

Yes, I would contact the landlord and tell them what's happening, they should sort out somebody to come fix it if needed.

    Hi,
Had a similar issue myself recently, landlord bears the cost.
In our case, we paid the boilerman and we deducted it from the rent.
I hope it all gets sorted out quickly for you.
