    If you have a prescription already, I find mail order from the UK best. There are a couple of firms I use:

    Optilabs have a better all-round selection
    Sports Spex also have some decent cycling options, particularly if your prescription is relatively low (I prefer the prescription lenses, rather than inserts, but Sports Specs typically only do a range of +4.00 to -4.00)
