Spartan MMA has moved from it's humble beginnings from a school in Firhouse, to a small warehouse in Tallaght, to a brilliant new premises in Sandyford! Our new address is Unit 3D, Three Rock Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18. Classes resume tonight from 7pm for all those interested in checking out what we have…

Brilliant... once my back is healed up I now have a reasonable cycling distance option to return to training...
