L4D original, any boardsies play?

I got this recently second hand rather than l4d2, may have been a mistake now that I realise most random players have their head up their ass.

Anyone want to play this on xbox as a group who won't act the troll spooking witches and general retardery?

My tag is takeabiteofsam (zombie appropriate!) if anyone wants to play on live.

These sort of threads get swamped in the games forum, and I thought there may be a more dedicated player group around here.

There was a good few boardsies who played this and I'm pretty sure there is a boards steam group. It's a fantastic game but the catch is as you get better it gets harder and harder to find a decent group to play with it. That's what drove me away in the end. Good luck!

I didn't mean to come across as a skill snob if I did, what I mean is people who wont troll or rip the piss by intentionally fcuking up the game for others.

I'm new to the game, but I do play on the second hardest setting, and play for fun.

Just hoping some people are up for playing the game for fun, but who won't act the maggot! I'm on xbox so can't play via steam.

I don't play anymore because I couldn't find players who wouldn't scare the witch on purpose etc so I don't blame you for trying to avoid all that nonsense. If you find a good group let me know, I plan to get xbox live in the next week or two.

Cool, last eejit startled the witch and I got killed, then a hoard came and we all died.

Well I only got the game so am well up for group play.

I bought the Xbox for that game Loved it but far too many asshats for my liking. Ended up giving it to my Brother, went back to the PS3, I'll get it off him next weekend if ye are up for a few games.

So,let's see how you'd react if by some bizarre experiment,we ended up with climbing zombies as well as all the special variations[I never got the deal with witches].

What modifications would you make to your safehouse? What weapons would you chose differently? What other countermeasures would you take?

I've merged this with another L4D thread. I bought the Xbox for this game, I must get it back. If we got a four player team, we would be unstoppable

Yeah,that's cool.I don't have an Xbox sadly and can't justify getting one.

Can anyone think of a way to stop a Tank? Barricade-wise? I'm pretty stumped myself.
