When i write on a friends wall now it immediately pops up in my News Feed
e.g Anniehoo--->Sarah Smith "How are you how was your xmas xx"

It used to be that you could click a box telling it not to display this. Now the settings have changed again (worse imho).Ive been through them all and the Help section.

Any idea how to switch this off. I dont want news feed updates to everyone when i write a message to just one friend.
    Ta :)

as far as I know there's no way to tun this off - but if you go into your profile you can manually delete each post - time consuming but at least it gets rid of them.

Thats ridiculous isnt it! You used to be able to do it...why did they get rid of it? I actually am reluctant to write on anyones wall now because everyone can see it in the News Feed.

Tried that and will only not show if i delete it off my friends wall not in my profile.

I tend to use messaging now rather than wall posts - but yeah that's a bit of a pain - might as well go back to email
