    Hi Guys,

I'm not sure where exactly to post this. Here's seems to be the most relevant somewhat relevant. I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend resources for understanding punctuation, grammar and that sort of stuff. (Basically I want to learn how to write somewhat properly:D)

    Regards,
    Malt

Whatever you do, avoid Strunk & White. It is a woefully bad guide that can't even keep to its own rules.

If you just want rules for grammar, punctuation etc.. why don't you try a primary school English book.

Strunk and White isn't that bad, just a little outdated.

As far as I can tell, primary English books don't concern themselves with grammer, syntax or punctuation any more. That can be the only explanation for the horrid writing that is all over Bebo, Facebook and the internet. I wish someone would have beaten it into me, my life would be a lot easier now:confused:
