Is the "BAN" after coming into practice???

I havent a clue what every body is talking bout is a "BAN" gonna come into the irish law cus i bought some accessories off ehobbyasia, (no AEG or firearm) will i still receive it :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
