    i remeber a case where a women was violently raped
    and was allowed to carry Mace/pepper spray in public
    is this true?
    is the a exception if a women has been raped or attacked?

    No, never heard of it.

    Mace is classified as a prohibited weapon under the firearms legislation. Treated the same as a firearm, carries 5 years for illegal possession.
