Presuming Europe doesn't include Russia, I'd guess at Mousassi? How about Schilt or Overeem? Michael Bisping? I must be forgetting a lot of European guys

Marius Zaromskis has to be considered an up and comer no?

Although hardly new to mma at 16-3 and facing Nick Diaz at the end of the month, which I would love to see the guy do well in.

Defo, always forget him. A win against Kazuo Misaki is pretty good.

    Presuming Europe doesn't include Russia,

I was going off the assumption Russia was discounted as no-one corrected Justice. Obviously Fedor is up top then.
