    1.Chrono Trigger
    2.Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks
    3.Pokemon Platnium
    4.Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland
    5.Toss up between Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story and Scribblenauts

    Chrono Trigger is the best rpg I have played in years.

    I love the Phoenix Wright series, also Professor Laytons, and Scribblenauts is a clever game with endless possibilities!!

    (Edit: I realise that this is not a Top Five, but I couldn;t rank them really!!!)

    Yeah but it isn't exactly new!! Or specifically designed for the ds.

    My top 5, in no particular order, would be:

    Elite Beat Agents
    Rhythm Paradise
    Professor Layton
