Its free. The almanac is one month on one print-off A4 sheet with tides for all coasts, sunrise/set, moon rise/set and phases, info on the sky at night, radio forecast data etc. The idea is that it can be pinned to a fridge, stuck in a glove box or folded in a pocket.
