Does anyone know of a workshop in Ireland that can paint the body of a guitar. No fancy stuff, just all in one colour. The body would be a unfinished to start off with.

Might not be a hard job to do at home either.

I do it, but I'm in Cork. I normally paint cars, but I do the odd guitar, and own a Jem 7VWH myself, so I'm fussy about guitars. I can carry out light electrical repair work too.

    Here's a strat I did a while back :

I know Eugene Mcloughlin has done some refinishes and Derrick Nelson might do them too. There are one or two others I cant think of right now.

do it yourself, it's not hard and it'll mean a lot moe to you plus it'll cost a fraction of the price.
