How to get TomTom and Navigon apps for free?!

hey I see you can get the available apps for free, its all over you tube etc, anyone know how to do it as the ones on you tube are for N.America etc and not for europe! Id love this app on my iphone but dont have cash and plus its free I'll take it:D
