    Roomshare available in estate, 5minute walk from DCU and 1 minute walk from the bus stop. €70,sharing with female 2nd year student. Roomshare is a large double room with two single beds,two wardrobes,tv etc. €70 a week, includes bins,sky tv,wireless broadband and phone rental. House has alarm,washer,dryer,garden+shed. Sharing with 3 other college girls. Lease is up in May
