    I know you don't have to know everything but like what do you have to know?Will the teachers tell you what to learn?I study:

    Maths
    Business
    English
    Religion
    Cspe
    Typing (don't have to study for that)
    Science
    History
    Geography
    Irish
    French

    You should stop stressing. If you really want to know, go to

    www.examinations.ie/ and find the past papers and marking schemes there but you'll only stress yourself out in first year - you've only covered part of the course. I looked at them when I was in first year and thought they were really hard. A year later, it's all way easier.
    Anyway...relax :D

    Don't be worrying in first year :D If you're keen on doing study form the beginning (I kinda wish I did that) then just study what you did in class every day (which is quite easy in first year because you go at a slower pace). If you do that until third year then you'll definitely get great results.

    But seriously, don't stress out now. You shouldn't stress out even in third year, which is weird coming from me considering I'm worried for my Mock exams and they don't matter, it's the one in June that matters.
