Drink offers in Carlow pubs?

Anyone know of any pubs doing any special offers? Don't hit the pubs in Carlow that often but that might be down to the prices. The only place I heard of doing some special offers was Leverett and Frye. Surely there's somewhere that is sub €4 euro for a pint, even midweek.

there are a couple of pubs in carlow offering drinks at €3.50 midweek. saints and sinners is one. also the temple nightclub does all drinks for 3.50 on certain midweek nights
