TK Twist Barrel?

    Well my M4 has finally kicked the bucket and while ordering parts to fix it, I've decided to put a tightbore in it. I have been looking at TK Twist Barrels and they seem good but is there really a huge difference between the Twist Barrels and regular barrels?
