favourite game type?

what do people mostly play, i usually end up on team deathmatch or domination.
i dont take it too seriously but is there any other good game modes that people play a lot or prefer?

3rd person team tactical seems to be my poison at the moment. Has a nice mix. Im bored from playing tdm, so i've moved to the mission type games (ctf, demolition & sabotage) .

Tried capture the flag for the first time the other day, found lots of camping though. Kinda disappointing. Playing mostly mercenary TDM or domination atm, have yet to try the 3rd person modes (figured it'd be a bit like metal gear online...)

Hardcore HQ.

It's got ricochet damage so no team killing. Then you also have instant respawn, which is good. I hated playing HC:TDM as it's sickening to be killed by grenade launcher/marty, etc. Then maybe have to wait up to fifteen seconds to respawn

And the games seem to last longer giving a better chance of a kill streak

Staring to get into Domination, but are quite a few people who only care about kills. very annoying.

both this mode and sabotage people seemed be only interested in kills i die Alot cos i try to play the game as it is a mission game

Demolition is good craic its what I play most of the time. Two bomb sites with each side getting a turn at attacking and defending. The only problem is when you get some arseholes giving out that you deffuse the first bomb because they wanted the game extended.

Ground War/Domination at the moment....because it gives a definite game with battle lines.

People running around like headless chickens shows the great players from bad (like me) but for tactics it is better all round experience with mission type games.

Just lash on ninja and hardline with UAV selected. Have maybe a smg with a silencer. Then just flush them out. Drives them mad.

Played a game there on estate when two of them were just camping in the buildings with silenced snipers picking off my team. Got 4 uavs in whole game and just hunted them down. Ruined their tactics. The funny thing is though they probably thought I was camping.

EDIT: Tactical Insertions are great on a map like estate too, just crack them near their camping spot/building. You'll be all over them like a rash haha

I prefer TDM, merc tdm, capture the flag and have been getting into Domination lately too.

Usually just TDM, merc TDM or Domination.

Must try a few other games soon though to keep the variety up.

I've tried that a few times. I found that the Akimbo 1887's were everywhere in that game, so got a bit bored.

I play FFA all the time and they're quite rare i think. Can easily go through 2 hours play in a night and not see anyone using them.

People in parties can't use Mercenary Team Deathmatch. Here's more info about it (and loads of other stuff) if you're interested.

I was playing mostly TDM but I started playing CTF recently. Can't get enough of it. There are campers but there's ways and means around them. I personally enjoy the RPG way around it.....:D
Looking forward to unlocking them again.
