Cost of building in Finn Valley area

    Hi folks,
    I'm currently at planning permission approved stage and wonder who to ask prices from for good builders and what to expect the cost to be arround.
    Any recommendations?

    Price wise you are probably looking at around €70 - €75/sq. foot for a builders finish. I'll PM you a couple of reputable builders details.

    I would highly recommend Gallen Brothers (Paul and Gerard) from The Cross.. they are top class tradesmen, not too expensive and honest.

    Its a daunting prospect starting in the middle of a recession.
