    Hey guys.

Thought I'd ask your advice on getting a new watch.

I'm looking at an Omega planet ocean 2900.50.91 I know the site is legit but would rather buy in a store.

Is there any other nice watches like the Planet ocean? I pretty much have my mind set on it I love it's simplicity. It has to be a rubber/leather strap as I'm a programmer and metal/steel bracelets get ruined within weeks against desks and the likes I also have an omega seamaster with a steel bracelet so I'm trying to mix it up a bit.

Willing to travel to europe to make the purchase as well, I want to buy it as cheap as possible not a tight wad I just don't feel necessary to be extorted when buying a watch.

I went to weirs (I know, I know) on Grafton St. and they don't have this particular one in the store. Are there any other Omega agents in Dublin city centre?

Cool I shall check them out when I'm back in work on Monday.

You think watchfinder is good? there's something that is putting me off buying a watch online. i don't know what it is because i do 99% of my other shopping online.

watchfinder are very good and they may do a little extra on the discount offered too, i have bought a pretty expensive watch from them and found them excellent

    IWC Portuguese Chrono,

i think i got about 17.5%-20% off of list can exactly remember, took about 6 weeks to get it, papers stamped from an ad in germany,

i ended up saving about 1200 compared to buying it from sheerans in town

Same as Cyrus I bought a SMP 2535.80 from Watch Finder. Took 4 weeks to be delivered and stamped from Germany. Think there was 17% off list.

That 4 weeks was agony waiting though!
