Hi all, Happy New Year to you all.

Hope some one could help me here.

My friend has a ltd company which was set up last year, it was created when he was winding down the previous company that he and a partner had in the construction industry, when they were going there own way.

Now he is starting a new venture shortly, and I will be doing he's website, etc.

The thing is, the Ltd company name which he now operates doesn't really reflect the nature off this new venture.

So would it be possible to have a business name which operates under the ltd company?

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Many Thanks in advance.

    James

    He can call it anything.

So for legal purposes it'll be The LTD CO. name t/a (trading as) The BUSINESS NAME.
He can print his cards and stationary with the business name.
I think he can register that with the CRO as well.
His accountant will know everything about this.
