Its a very good service, you can build up your own types of diets depending on what you want and what you dont want. it has a massive library on different exercises.
Has a nice feature too that if you setup your diet plan of exactly what you are gonna eat for the week, it will print you out a shopping list with exactly what you need to get depending on what supermarket you use to shop in.

Pricing is a bit hard to follow but...
