Well guys, if it's a Zombie Survival Board, we need to know how intelligent these zombies are!

Are the zombies we are fighting against brainless, incompetent beings who don't understand ladders and other such tools?

Or are they human intelligence and have the same thinking ability as they did when they were alive?

I believe they're mindless drones who wont understand anything even slightlycomplicated. Might be able to copy basic functions if they see someone doing them first .ie climbing a ladder to go after someone but for the most part will only be interested in eating, single minded as a woman in a shoe shop.

it varies throughout literature and films.I always think;Would a wasit height fenct not stop a zombie? Or a garden gate?

Climbing ladders generaly not[lack coordination] and climbing stairs isn't as fluid as humans.

    Also,Imagine Zombies with Human level intelligence,OH S***!!!

Zeds are mindless, if they manage to do anything even remotely complicated, it will be through luck and not by design.

Their single biggest strenght is their numbers and ablity to form hordes.
A single zed can't get over your wall, but when they start graoning, that 1 zed will turn into thousands, shear weight of numbers will bring down the strongest of walls. Same with different levels, get enough Zeds and you have a ready made Zed ramp, that others will use to get to your position eventually.

Once a Zed has you in their sights, they will keep coming and attracting more as they do.

Well it's just I was wondering what was stopping me from say, going to a tescos in my last 24 hours, getting enough supplies for say, 2 months, putting everything I need on the roof, and then simply staying up ther until it was safe. due to the Zombies unlikely to be as smart enough to get up there.

And I've suddenly realised, we couldn't really have human intelligence Zombies, as anyone with Human intelligence (I hope) would see the flaw of eating similarly intelligent beings, and thus, wouldn't want to hurt humans, AND, the more intelligent beings who spot this would possibly be able to conform and control the less intelligent ones to their way of thinking.

and the fact that zombies see you= zombies moan =more zombies come= after about a month they are 10 deep all around your house and you've nowhere to go[assumig you can live 2 months exposed on the roof]

Attic is a much better option.
