Problems getting the "Did you see that?" challenge

    I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but in trying to get the "Did you see that?" challenge (Get a throwing knife kill while flashed or stunned) I've tried flashing and stunning myself before getting the kill and I also got it while an enemy flashed and stunned me and the challenge isn't unlocking for me despite many times doing this, I've tried having the knife primed and also throwing straight from the hip and nothing is working, is this a glitch or has anyone else had any issues getting this?     I think you have to be flashed by the person that you throw the knife at i.e. you cant just flash yourself and throw a knife. Although I haven't got it yet either (because throwing knifes are shoite) so I am open to correction

    didn't work for me done it in tdm and didn't get it so i went to a 3 person cage match and done it again with a mate and it did not work for me either.
