    Theres a burnt out van at the back of the estate (house is defintly not gonna sell now :/)
    Does anyone now if it was like a mechanical fault , accedent , or was it joyriders?

    Jeez, that's really crappy. Contact the county council environmental services, it's their job (allegedly) once there are no identifying marks ie reg plate, tax, insurance etc.
