cancel 02 mobile broadband during contract?

    I pay for O2 mobile broadband but I have weak coverage on the edge network only. With only 2 bars on the edge network it is cronically slow. I am in the middle of an 18 mth contract can i withdraw from this contract?

    Its always worth a try.

    Chances are that you cant though. You had 30 days from the start to try the product and if you weren't satisfied you could cancel the contract no problem. They will also advise that in the terms & conditions it states a minimum speed and you probably not at it. But do try, say its only over the last month and that its worse than it is.
