My XPS M1330's GPU died about a month ago and Dell have had it for more than 3 weeks now. A few emails and a couple of phone calls to India have been made, but I'm just getting the brush off from them. How long do you typically have to wait to get something fixed and returned from Dell these days? I know it might be a busy…

How long do you typically have to wait to get something fixed and returned from Dell these days? I know it might be a busy period, but I was quoted 5-7 working days when I sent it in to them.
