hello there, so my pc went for a dump and is being fixed my brother was home from spain and brought his spare laptop to use its a dell inspiron 510m and is sending another one too in the next few days i can get online but everything is spanish and i am not. its impossible to download adobe flash player at the moment too…

hello there,

i can get online but everything is spanish and i am not.
its impossible to download adobe flash player at the moment too

can i change or reconfigure the laptop to english or will i have to get an english operating system
its running windows xp,which will be fine for me as it will be my laptop in the garage for car stuff when other yoke is fixed
