PISTOL IS 1 MONTH OLD.Just open box to check how it shoot.I can say Its very accurate up to 25 meters!.I shoot only 2 Co2 capsules(arround 100 pellets)I HAVE NOT ENOUGH SPACE AT THE BACKYARD TO SHOOT(its quite loud and powerfull)- THATS ONE AND ONLY REASON WHY IM SELLING THIS PISTOL

As pointed out in the OP's other For Sale thread, this item is officially classified as a firearm here in Ireland, so potential purchasers should factor another €80 into their budget for the Firearm Certificate, plus whatever costs are accrued in providing the security arrangements and/or club memberships required by their local Garda Superintendent prior to their granting a Certificate.

We just thought it best to point out that these items are well above the 1 Joule energy level of legal Airsoft devices, and are thus subject to the same law and regulation as any other firearm.



If you look at the FCA1 form:

you'll see Section 3.3 (top of page 4) deals with the source of the firearm.

Anyone wishing to purchase this item (or the one in the OP's other thread), will need to fill in either the OP's 'PULSE Dealer I.D.' and name if the OP is a Firearm Dealer; or, if the OP is a 'Private Source', their full name, address, contact telephone number, and the number of the Firearm Certificate that currently applies to the firearm.

Obviously, as the OP is offering these items for sale in this jurisdiction (Cork was mentioned), they will have either a PULSE Dealer I.D. or a Firearm Certificate for each one, as this the ONLY legal way for them to possess and offer these items for sale in this way, and for potential customers to acquire them.
