Clow Group Ireland Corderg Ladders

Does anyone know if the ladder company "Clow Group Ireland, incorperating Corderg Ladders" is still operating ? If it has closed, have any of the staff started their own company selling ladders ? Talking before to some nice people there, got good advice. I would like to give them my business if possible.
