    Hi,

Ive been using eirtext pro for several months with no problem, mainly using it for sending international texts to just one number. Ive been checking the mybill application recently, and this month they havent given me any free webtexts according to mybill. The webtexts are at 0, and its just rolled over into a new billing month so i should have got 250 more.
Also, the international texts are still sending through eirtext pro, but its showing up on mybill that im being charged for them. How is this possible? Surely if it sends through eirtext pro I shouldnt be getting charged for them?
    Any ideas?

If you go over your webtext quota, you'll be charged 10c per message by O2.

Your billing period and webtext period are different and do not refresh on the same day. Give it a few days and your webtext allowance should reset to 250. Once that happens, you won't be charged again until you exceed your 250 webtexts.

    Vinny.

Maybe that webtext app could give you a warning that you are over your limit and will now be charged for your texts. Do you still want to send?

I tried it out in previous betas and the feedback was that it was more annoying than useful.

I think the webtexts reset on the first of the month.

Not 100% sure but thats what happens with Meteor anyway.
