Facebook chat not working...

    My facebook chat will not open... it shows up as offline and when I click on it to make it go online it just pops up for a split second and drops down showing as offline again!

    Anyone have had similar experience and know how to fix it?

    That's a Facebook problem, it probably can't handle so many people using it at once (similar to all the Twitter outtages)

    Facebook chat is one of the worst chat features I've come across. It seems to have a mind of it's own as to whether it's going to work. OR waits until you start a conversation to keep kicking you off. Best bet is get another chat program.
