Smileys etc not turning out right

    The majority of the time now when I put a smiley into a post it just gives me a link to a smiley instead of actually putting the smiley in the post.

    Anyone know anything about this? frown.gif

    I just drag them across from the box of ''Smiles'' to the right hand side of the box for entering text. biggrin.gif

    I don't have a box of smiles. I just do it old school and use the keyboard.

    You want me to move this thread to somewhere that someone other than me might offer you a half-decent reply ?

    Dragging the smiley into the text box just copies the internet location of the smiley picture into the textbox, that is why it ends up as a link.

    Just click the smiley. The code for that image is entered into the box. There aren't many smilies here on boards, so you can memorise most of the codes ;)
