I have a student account, parent will be in city in the morning and will be changing money from euro to dollars for me. If I give them my student account details will they able to get the money changed for me without being charged commission or will I be better off heading in myself?

You could try ringing in advance, confirming your account info on the phone and asking them to have the cash ready?

They probably won't allow a third party withdraw from your account though.
