I'd recommend The Pig's Ear on Nassau St. - been quite a few times now, and they do really excellent food, nice dining room(s), and good attentive service. They're doing a NYE menu for €50 each. If you do choose it, I very strongly recommend the warm chocolate tart for dessert, it's absolutely delicious.
