sony cd/dvd HCD-SB300 speaker cables

    hi all does anyone know where to get replacement speaker cables for a sony dvd home cinema system model no HCD-SB300,i lost original cables renovating house,i ve tried ebay and amazon,no joy,any help much appreiciated

    What do the cables look like, are they not just normal speaker cable?

    they re colour coded cables that plug into the rear of the dvd player,connecting to the subwoofer

    Two female "Spade head" connectors for the back of the speaker ports on the dvd/Amp for each speaker point, so 12 in total.
    Attach normal speaker cable to the spades then to your satellites+sub.
    Just make sure the positive / negative spades don't touch against each other.

    (PS Sony charge a couple of hundred for the set, they use proprietary heads)
