    lots of bad stuff on here about 3 so to counterbalance that a little. I have my NBS connection for a month with speeds varying mostly from 1meg to 2.5 meg
    and very few problems until yesterday when I couldn't connect. Phoned support and got through immediately and the technician, a nice Indian gentleman, patiently worked through the problem with me which was resolved after about an hour. Best service I have received in ten years internet usage.

    what was the problem thet prevented you from connecting and what steps were taken to resolve the problem?

    driver issues, I uninstalled an old vodafone dongle program and this seemed to conflict with 3, nothing too serious but I am no techy so his patience was appreciated.
