Dented lid :(

I dropped an electric toothbrush onto the lid of my 2 month old 13 inch Macbook Pro over Christmas.

Its only a slight dent but its easy to see as its beside the Apple badge.

As silly as it might sound its really bugging me. I've seen older lids for sale online but can't find any for the newer models.
Has anyone any idea how much a replacement would cost if I was to go to an Apple repair center or if I replaced it myself ??

    boo!

    sorry man.....thats seriously annoying!

It's likely to be relatively expensive as I suspect the whole lid/screen assembly would have to be replaced. They come as single units to my knowledge.

I know the outer lid can be replaced. Just need to find the part or a shop that can do it.

yeah, it can be replaced by replacing the entire assembly.

the lid is glued to the screen unit....its not like the old non-unibody models where you could simply screw it off.
